Easy S'mores Brownie Recipe with a Hack!

Welcome back to S'mores week. I've got a whole week of delicious s'more recipes just in case you love s'mores as much as I do. In case you missed it, I shared a cheesecake s'more recipe in a mason jar. Yep, it was as cute and delicious as it sounds. Today, I've got a really easy s'more brownie. Best part, there is a fun and easy hack using a box brownie mix so that you can whip these up in no time!

Easy S'more Brownie Recipe {with a hack}

camp out fire

Ingredients:

1 box of your favorite Brownie Mix {and ingredients listed on box}
1 and a 1/2 cups of Mini Marshmallows
1 and a 1/2 packages of Graham Crackers {save remaining graham crackers}
6 to 9 tablespoons of Melted Butter
roughly 1/2 a bag of Mini Hershey Bars

Preheat oven according to instructions on brownie mix. In a large mixing bowl, prepare your brownie mix as instructed on the box.

In a food processor, finely grade graham crackers. Add melted butter {3 tablespoons at a time} until crumbs are moist. Do not make them wet! Press graham cracker crust into the bottom of a GREASED 8x8 metal baking pan.

Spread brownie batter gently on top. Bake according to box instructions.

Ten minutes prior to end baking time, pull pan from oven and top with marshmallows and Hershey bars.  Place bake in the oven for remaining baking time.

You may add more Hershey bars at this time if you want. You can never have too many I think!

Let cool. Top with graham cracker crumbs.

Serve and enjoy!
You will never make brownies the same way again! I promise you. Give these a try and let me know what you think.
