Homemade S'more Ice Cream Pops

It's been a few months since summer and I usually get a hankering for a taste of the good life just about now. Probably because I'm cold. So very cold. In a perfect world, I'd have s'mores every single day of the week. Seriously, just type S'mores recipes into my search bar. I think they outnumber just about every recipe hands down by like a million. So my math sucks, but these homemade s'more pops don't. Why not give them a try!

If using popsicle sticks, cover the top of molds with foil and poke sticks through the top to hold in place.

Place in freezer for 3 hours or until frozen solid.

Remove pops from molds, and drizzle with magic shell chocolate.

Before chocolate hardens, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

Place back in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set.

This is a great recipe to try with your budding bakers too. Kids will love trying to make these in the kitchen and there isn't much they can mess up! Give these a try and let me know what you think. I think you can't go wrong.
