My favorite Essential Oil Diffuser

I have two essential oil diffusers and this one is my favorite! My youngest son actually purchased it for me for Christmas one year. His teacher used it in his elementary school classroom. I have seen since this brand used at several boutique stores and beauty shops. So I know it's not just my favorite!

Cleaning and Maintenance for your Essential Oil Diffuser

I've used my essential oil diffuser daily for more than a year and it's been a powerhouse!

Once a week, dump out the water, wipe out the inside of your diffuser with a clean paper towel or washcloth and refill. It's as easy as that!

Creating Oil Diffuser Blends

You can mix the essential oils directly into your essential oil diffuser or you can blend them together in a container. I will usually triple or quadruple the recipe and add them to my essential oil container and then label them so I can enjoy the blend. Just make sure you shake the bottle before adding a few drops to your diffuser.

Which brand is the best essential oil?

This all depends on what you are willing to spend. Yes, you can buy essential oils at grocery stores, Amazon, and more. My favorite place to buy essential oils is from Simply Earth. I love their monthly recipe box and that's how I stock up on oils, but you can also purchase oils from their website so you can get exactly what you need. And 13% of their sales go towards helping women in human trafficking.

If you are strictly diffusing for fragrance, you might enjoy buying a more affordable oil. If you want to gain some of the health benefits associated with the oils, you might buy a higher grade oil. For me, I find that Simply Earth has affordable prices and high-quality oils so I get the best of both worlds!

How many drops of essential oil do you put in a diffuser?

Per 100 ml of water, you can add up to six drops of essential oil. Anywhere from 3-6 drops is the basic guideline for 100ml of water. If you mix it too heavy, it can be too much to breathe in.

Why are some essential oils more expensive than others?

You will find each essential oil will vary in price for a handful of factors. One reason is the process it takes to make the essential oil. Some oils require a longer process to extract essential oils.
Another reason is the grade of oil you are buying. If you are at the grocery store, it won't be near as high-quality as ordering from an Essential oil brand. Lastly, you run the factor of how in demand is this oil. Does it take a mature plant to extract the oils, if so it is more limited than others?
As you can see many factors come into play when it comes to the price of your essential oils.
