Clean your kitchen sink every day

Make your bed every day

This is another easy daily task that doesn't take a lot of time but one that makes a world of difference. I promise you when your bed is made it will feel like your whole room is cleaner than it probably actually is!

Write notes of gratitude

Notes of gratitude could be for yourself or for others. This small task will help you keep track of the things you have to be grateful for and help you be more mindful of the life in front of you. You could also use this goal to write notes to others expressing how much they mean to you each day of the year.

Clear surfaces

Connect with others

Make a new year's resolution to connect with others deeper. This could be making more time for friends or family in your life or helping you connect with others through experiences and making memories together. The beauty of this resolution is how open-ended it can be. This resolution will help deepen your relationships with others and help you be more social in the new year.

 Move More

It doesn't have to be complicated. There doesn't have to be a new gym membership or workout routine. Just making the time to move more every day. Honestly, my Apple watch does a very good job of reminding me to stand every hour and challenges me to close my move ring. And my dogs definitely help me move more because they are happier when they have had some time to sniff around outside!
