8 NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS YOULL ACTUALLY KEEP

Connect with others

Make a new year's resolution to connect with others deeper. This could be making more time for friends or family in your life or helping you connect with others through experiences and making memories together. The beauty of this resolution is how open-ended it can be. This resolution will help deepen your relationships with others and help you be more social in the new year.

 Move More

It doesn't have to be complicated. There doesn't have to be a new gym membership or workout routine. Just making the time to move more every day. Honestly, my Apple watch does a very good job of reminding me to stand every hour and challenges me to close my move ring. And my dogs definitely help me move more because they are happier when they have had some time to sniff around outside!
