Up until this past year, our family has one prescription that gets filled on a regular basis. My oldest son has food allergies and his auto injector has been a must fill prescription item. We have a high deductible insurance plan and because we are a relatively healthy family, we rarely if ever, meet that deductible. We are responsible for paying the retail price for most medications. It's not uncommon for me to get sticker shock when I get the bill at the pharmacy. I have shared in the past how I save money on prescriptions. Basically, I call each local pharmacy and ask them for the cash price on the prescription. There is an easier way and it's not only saved me a TON of time, it's worth sharing with you, how you can save time too! I've also created a free printable to do list because having a to-do list saves me time too. As a busy mom, I know we can uses all the time-saving tips we can get!

Saving Time and Money on Your Prescriptions

Prescriptions baffle me. The prices fluctuate and differ from pharmacy to pharmacy. I have spent hours calling all my local pharmacy's looking for the lowest price on the exact same medication, but not anymore! ScriptSave WellRx {available online and in-app} has a pricing tool that allows me to find the best rate within a given zip code. I can use it prior to every refill. If I'm traveling, I can easily find the pharmacy nearby that has the lowest rate. With just a few clicks on my phone, I can use the app in the same way that I used to call around to all the local pharmacies.

You guys, the best part is, it's totally free. Yep, totally free. Which by the way, is my favorite F word. You don't need to enter any credit card details and there are no membership fees. It was easy to download the app, but if that isn't your thing, you can print off the card from the ScriptSave WellRx website.

All you need is this invite code. Simply enter "Rachel" in when registering for a Card or installing the mobile app.  When you use the ScriptSave WellRx card you will have peace of mind that you are getting the lowest price possible when paying for your prescriptions.

Price-shopping can be time consuming. I do it because it's worth it to me for the money savings, but if there is a way to save time AND still save money, I'm all for it! Speaking of saving time, I also find that when I write out a to-do list, I am far more effective with my time. I stay more focused and on task seeing a list and let's be honest, the older I get, the more I am forgetting. Writing something down helps, that’s why I'm offering this free printable spring to-do list.

How time changes - the evolution of the smart phone really did help to make this process a whole lot faster and easier!

At ScriptSave WellRx, we too used to recommend that our members should call around their local pharmacies...every month, ahead of every refill - URGHHHH. It was time-consuming and frustrating, especially given how busy a pharmacist can get and they might have to place the call on hold.

Now this can all be done at the click of a few buttons, and it's not just available in our mobile app ... this special link will take you right there...

I still write my to-do lists and schedules out by hand...so this is perfect. Pretty, too!

I've been doing my to-do list on my phone but I think I'll go back to the old-fashioned by hand method. It's a lot more satisfying when you cross them out with a pen.

I am only just getting into Printables. They can be a little intimidating. Thank you for a great post on how easy they are.
