Four Bean Salad Recipe
Salads are my most favorite thing in the world. Well, next to soup, but sometimes soup is just too darn hot to eat in the summer! I like being able to make ahead a recipe that I can dish up for lunch for a few days in a row and over time, it only gets better.
Or better yet, a quick recipe like this four bean salad can be whipped up for a barbeque as the perfect side dish. It doesn't take a lot of time and it can be made the night before to help you stay on track for your day.
What kinds of beans should I use in a Four Bean Salad?
I love the freshness I get from adding vine-ripened grape tomatoes and fresh red onion, but you can also leave this step out and get a fun variation on this recipe.
Feel free to season to taste. Some like this bean salad spicy, some like it zestier. Play around with the seasonings and make it however you like it!
